I don’t believe there will be a third movie or a second season. Nothing from what I know have has been said about continuing this series.

I found the novels on the Japanese Amazon (here and here), but I can’t find them in English. Sorry. 

The game ended in Paradise Lost, I believe. I can’t even remember.
